Check-In:
Check In is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check-Out:
Check out time Thursday to Sunday is 10.00am . Monday to Wednesday 11.00 or by arrangement only. Unarranged late check out fee may be charged.
Note: If you are arriving after 6.00pm please contact us directly to indicate your arrival time and access to your room please.

Payments:
Our preferred method of payment is direct credit 3 days prior to check in.
(We also require a credit card on file). Credit Card payment is also accepted, your card will be charged 3 days prior to check in.
Changes to reservation term:
Any changes to an original booking will be treated as a new booking and deals and promotions may not apply to your new booking date. Any alterations to your booking is subject to availability.
For guests who booked through a travel agent or online booking site please contact your booking provider directly for assistance.
Cancellation and refund policy:
Please advise us of reservation cancelation 3 days prior to your booking otherwise no refund will apply. However if we manage to rebook the room a refund will be given.
Reservations will be charged 3 days prior to arrival on your Booking Credit Card unless already paid via Direct Credit.
Special conditions apply for reservations of 10 nights or more, 25 % booking deposit will be charged 1 month prior on your credit card unless already paid via direct credit.
Visitors:
Large gatherings are not permitted in rooms. Any visitors are asked to leave by
10.00pm please.
Smoking and Cooking Smells:
We are a non smoking motel so please smoke outside away from open windows and other quests, there is no smoking on the veranda please. If you smoke inside an appropriate cleaning fee may be charged. Please be kind to the next guest and reframe from heating odorous smelling food.
Terms And Conditions:
